GIFTBOX DELIVERY NZ
Our online gift boxes make an easy delivery alternative to delivering gift hampers and gift baskets. NZ wide delivery - Gift delivery Auckland, gift delivery Wellington and North Island 1-2 day delivery*. Gift delivery Christchurch and other South Island locations 2-3 days*.
Easy Delivery NZ wide fee - $8.50 standard courier (Monday - Friday) not available for Rural delivery
Saturday Delivery fee (currently not available)
Please be aware that overnight deliveries or Saturday deliveries are not available for rural or remote addresses.
*Please note that delivery times are targeted only and offered with best intentions but are not guaranteed. As with Rural deliveries, some locations outside of main distribution centres may take an additional day or two.
Usual delivery considerations:
North Island - orders are usually delivered in 2-3 working days if placed by midday.

South Island - orders for the South Island are usually delivered within 3-4 working days. For urgent delivery, the order must be received prior to 10.30 am and requested in the note section.
Rural and more remote areas - please allow 1 - 3 days extra
Gift Delivery details
For gift boxes being sent directly to the recipient, please specify their gift delivery address details under "Shipping Method Address" at checkout.

If gift delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or it is unsafe for the courier to enter your property and safely leave the gift (i.e. dogs) we take no responsibility for delayed or non-delivery of your order.
The gift box is at your risk as soon as it is delivered. Gift box delivery will be deemed to have been made when it is left at the address nominated in your order, or when a "Card to Call" courier note has been left at that address. If you are concerned about something going missing or not being left in a suitable place, please select the "Signature Required" delivery service at no extra cost to you. There are instances where the courier has approval to complete delivery contactless and a signature will not be obtained. In this instance delivery is considered complete on courier dropoff.
Courierpost can deliver to PO Boxes however using this service a signature cannot be obtained at delivery.
Hospital gift deliveries
Please ensure that the recipient's correct name and ward number are included and a contact phone number. Unfortunately, there can be delays outside of our control once the gift box has been delivered to the hospital, therefore, it is advisable to send the gift to the recipients home.

RETURNS
Boxsmith is proud of the care and love that goes into creating each gift box. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact hello@boxsmith.co.nz so that arrangements can be made for the gift box to be returned and either replaced or refunded. The goods must be unused and in the same condition that they were received.
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
